Perhaps this is one of the motors senna blew up during testing. I don't see any other obvious signs catastrophic failure in heads or engine block. Incredibly rare piece of history from Lamborghini's short-lived racing program. 5l 80-degree v12. This engine is missing its rotating assembly.
